We understand that emergencies and inconveniences cannot be avoided.  Should you need to to cancel or reschedule, please contact your tutor directly at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session to avoid being charged.  If your tutor cannot be reached, please call Jeff McIntosh at 440-463-4277.

No call, no shows, and sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of $45.

If a student is late to a session, the session might begin when the student arrives and end at the previously scheduled time, as other sessions have likely been scheduled.
